Description

A genuinely special Bulova Selfwinding with documented military provenance. The caseback is period-engraved 'TO MAJ W.B. GARLITZ JR. FROM 31st PM SQ FEB-SEPT 52', a presentation watch from a US squadron in 1952.

The dial is a showpiece: a silver four-quadrant starburst with X-pattern light and grey sectors, gold applied arrowhead markers, gold Arabic numerals at 12/3/6/9, gold dauphine hands and a sweep seconds. The faceted tapered lugs finish the gold-filled case.
