Return & Refund Policy
Returns Accepted
At ReWrist, every watch is photographed in detail and described with complete transparency — including condition notes, measurements, and any imperfections. We stand behind the accuracy of every listing.
We accept returns and issue full refunds if:
- The watch arrives damaged during shipping
- The watch is in a different condition than described in the listing
- The photographs do not accurately represent the product received
- The watch differs materially from what was described (wrong reference, wrong movement, etc.)
An unboxing video is required for all return claims. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The watch must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all original packaging and accessories.
Returns Not Accepted
We do not accept returns for change of heart or buyer's remorse. Each listing includes 20+ detailed photographs and a thorough condition report — please review these carefully before purchasing.
Warranty
Every watch sold by ReWrist comes with a 6-month service warranty, excluding physical damage and water entry. Servicing is handled through our partner, Time and Me, Bangalore.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Returns for valid claims (item not as described) — shipping covered by ReWrist
- All other cases — buyer bears return shipping costs
