Description

A clean, honest steel Longines from the early quartz era. The case is round with broad sloping lugs that give it a sturdier presence than its dress-watch dial suggests.

The dial is the detail to look at: a fine silver-white tapisserie texture, applied steel batons, a printed minute track and a date at three, with the winged hourglass under the twelve. At the six it is signed 729 SWISS 4829, the Longines calibre and reference.
