The honest answer to "what is my vintage watch worth" is: what a knowledgeable buyer will pay for it in your market. The Six Factors That Set the Price
1. Brand and reference
Brand sets the ceiling; the specific reference sets the price within it. A generic 1960s Omega dress watch and a Constellation chronometer from the same year are different markets entirely.
2. Dial originality (the big one)

3. Case condition
Sharp lugs, visible hallmarks, crisp edges. Polishing removes metal forever, and collectors pay for what was NOT done to a case.
4. Completeness
